Work sucks. I'm finally in a position now to not live barely paycheck to paycheck. We have two new roommates, so rent's a lot cheaper now. Maybe now we could take care of our utilities?

Less than a month away from Motley Crue. Oh yeah, Steve Vai's coming to town also. Seriously!

No real stuff going on, I think... Jeff's coming to town next weekend, so that should be fun. Everybody's in Chicago right now.

So the most important news of the week would be that I've quit smoking again. Not in that, "Oh, this is the fourth time, and this time I'm seriously quitting" sort of way. I've been thinking about quitting for a while now. Before I moved here I quit for a year and a half. Then I bought a pack for the road trip to Omaha. Then I didn't work for three months and just stayed in my room and watched TV, ate, smoked, then went to the bar or the Upstream and drank and smoked all night. Just over two years later, I've decided it's time to quit again. So it's been just over a week.

I thought that I had something to blog, but I guess not. Mouse, Jeanne's cat, is resting her head on my left hand as I type. Jeanne is my girlfriend. We've been dating for a few weeks, but we've been friends for a couple of years. She's really awesome.

We're going to Lincoln today so she can get her new car.
